Bukit Sembawang Estates Limited successfully acquired LIV @ MB $345 million. Liv @ MB is located on the old Katong Park Towers site. The new development will comprise 298 luxury homes. Bukit Sembawang was established as a leading figure in the rubber industry in 1911. In those years, the business began diversifying and renovating land-based properties. BSEL is included in the Singapore Exchange (SGX) since 1968. The company is primarily focused on real estate and investment development. The group has constructed land homes in the northern region of Singapore for nearly 50 years, focusing on Luxus Hills, Sembawang Hills, Seletar Hills and Nim Collection. BEL's experience extends beyond to land homes, but extravagant condo projects located in prime central district 9 and 10, including 8 St Thomas, Skyline Residences, The Paterson Suites, Vermont on Cairnhill, Verdure and Par Mondrian.
